Ground-Up / New Construction
A new build has a hundred points where time and money leak. We close them by owning every phase from site work forward.
We deliver new construction from site work and foundations through structural framing, envelope, and final inspection. Because the network's roots are in exterior and envelope work, the parts of a building most likely to fail early are the parts we know best.

Design-Build
When the designer and the builder work under separate contracts, the gaps between them become your problem. Design-build removes those gaps.

Tenant Improvements & Build-Outs

Our Process
The Network Platform
Capital City Development holds the general contracting license for the Capital City network, which includes Capital City Roofing and the CCR licensing platform. Network licensing and partnership inquiries are handled directly by our licensing team.
